how we work

00. discover

in discovery we keep it casual and get to know each other a bit. we'll discuss your goals, timelines, specifics to the project, and budget. it's very important to us that we both understand each other and make sure it's a good fit for both parties involved. we see our clients as lifetime partners so this step is very important to us.

01. scope

using everything we learned in the discovery phase, scoping is where we get into the nitty gritty of the project. we'll discuss the scope of the project, the deliverables, and the timeline. we don't believe in endless timelines so we are very careful to approriately size our resources and provide realistic feedback and deadlines.

03. build

using the scope and agreed upon deliverables, we now begin the build phase which is where you get to relax. if we're doing a security assessment, we'll begin our due diligience and start poking around. if we are doing a tooling project, we'll begin building out the tooling. at this phase communication is everything. we'll be in constant communication with you to ensure we are on the same page and delivering the best possible product.

04. deliver

once the build phase is complete we then move into the deilvery phase. this is where we turn the project over to you for feedback. for security assessments you'll get a draft report with all findings and recommendations. if you're doing a tooling project, we'll provide you with the tooling for feedback and any final adjustments.
